ATLAS is a software tool that monitors prediction markets on Polymarket and, when configured by the user, places trades on behalf of the user using credentials they provide. ATLAS is a tool — it is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service.
Trading prediction markets involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds in your Polymarket account. Past performance of the bot is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trades placed using your account credentials.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, profitability, or accuracy of market analysis. The bot may miss trades, place incorrect orders, or be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATLAS and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel your subscription.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
