Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address. When you configure the bot we store your Polymarket wallet addresses and API credentials. We also store your trading settings (bet limits, gap thresholds) and an optional Telegram chat ID for alerts.

2. How we use it

• Your email is used for account authentication and transactional emails (signup confirmation, password reset)
• Your Polymarket credentials are used solely to operate the trading bot on your behalf
• Your Telegram chat ID is used only to send you trade alerts
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

3. Credential security

Your API keys, private key, and passphrase are stored in our database (Supabase) with access controlled by row-level security policies. Sensitive fields are never exposed in API responses in plaintext. You should use a dedicated Polymarket wallet — do not use a wallet that holds funds beyond what you intend to trade.

4. Payment data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

Your account data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Trade history fetched from Polymarket's API is not stored by us — it is fetched live.

7. Your rights

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. You can update or remove your credentials at any time from the Settings tab in your dashboard.
